• 14th Convocation of the University will be held at 10:00 hours on Thursday, March 28, 2013 ah the main campus.


• The Governor of the Punjab/Chancellor of the University, Makhdum Syed Ahmed Mahmud is expected to Preside over the function to confer the degrees on the University graduates who have completed their degrees during the year 2012.

Instruction for participation in the Convocation

• You must get Registered on cash payment of Rs. 500/- in the Registrar Office by showing original CNIC upto March 26, 2013.
  


• Gowns will be available in the University on payment. In addition refundable security money of Rs. 500/- will be required to be deposited.
  


• Your participation in the Pre-Convocation rehearsal scheduled to be held at 11:30 hours on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 is mandatory to participate in the Convocation.
  


• On the day of Convocation, please bring your original National Identity Card and the Registration Slip for issuance of the degree.
  


• Must take your seat in the convocation pendal latest by 09:30 hours.
